Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil or 1 tbsp butter
- 2 pcs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
- 250g fresh mushroom
- Garlic powder
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Salt
- 4 Tortillas
- Marinade the chicken breast with garlic powder, ground black pepper & salt. Set the chicken aside for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a cast iron grill pan with olive oil or butter. Once hot, add the chicken pieces, mushroom, and cook undisturbed until well browned on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Turn the pieces over and cook until well browned on the bottom and cooked through, about 5 minutes more.
- To serve, fill a warm tortilla with chicken & mushroom and top with any kind of sauces as you like.
