沙拉 (Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing)



Ingredients:
  • 1 Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Carrot (Shredded)
  • Parmesan Cheese
Methods:
  1. Place the romaine lettuce on a large plate.
  2. Top with shredded carrot, hard boiled eggs and tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. Serve with honey mustard dressing.

Sance Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons Prepared Mustard
  • 5 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Methods:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice until well blended.

迎春花 (Baked Stuffed Mushrooms)


Ingredients:
  • 10 Fresh Mushrooms
  • Onion, Bell pepper, Bacon, Sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parsley flakes
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method:
  1. Wash the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.
  2. Chop the stems finely.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped bacon, onion and mushroom stems. Cook, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the finely chopped bell pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley flakes, salt & pepper. Cook, stirring, until well blended and hot.
  5. Arrange the mushroom caps in the prepared baking dish. Fill the caps and top each with a little Parmesan cheese.
  6. Preheat oven to 180C. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are browned.

团圆南瓜汤 (Roasted Pumpkin Soup)


材料:
  • 0.5个 南瓜
  • 1个 马铃薯
  • 1个 大葱(随意切)
  • 1杯 全脂牛奶
  • 少许盐、胡椒粉
做法:
  1. 将南瓜去皮,切小片,放入预热烤箱,180度,烤30-40分钟或至金黄色。
  2. 沸水,把马铃薯和大葱煮至软熟。
  3. 将南瓜,马铃薯和大葱倒入搅拌机中,加入牛奶搅成糊状。
  4. 再倒回锅中,加盐和胡椒粉调味,再加热即成。

团圆饭 (My Reunion Dinner)


炸苏东 (Fried Calamari)


Ingredients:

  • Oil (for deep-frying)
  • 5-6 Clean Squid (cut into 0.5inch thick rings)
  • 1 McCormick Season'n Fry Crispy Chicken Coating Mix
  • 1 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 lemons, cut into wedges

For marinates:

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper

Methods:

  1. Marinate the squid with parsley, oregano, egg, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour enough oil into a deep frying pan, heat the oil to 180C.
  3. Mix the flour, parsley, oregano and ground black pepper in a large bowl. 
  4. Toss the squid into the flour mixture to coat. Carefully add the squid to the oil and fry until crisp and very pale golden.
  5. Place the fried calamari and lemon wedges on a clean plate. Serve with the special chili sauce and seafood tartar sauce.


Simple Chili Sauce:

  • 2 Red Chillies
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Fine Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Thai Chili Sauce

Methods:

  1. Add the chillies, garlic and salt into the food processor. Blend it smooth.
  2. Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon Thai Chili Sauce, mix well.

传统鸡蛋糕 (Traditional Steamed Egg Cake)


材料:

  • 1碗 鸡蛋
  • 1碗 幼糖(我用80%)
  • 1碗 普通面粉(筛过)

做法:

  1. 鸡蛋和糖打至发至乳白色,加入普通面粉,用塑胶刮刀拌均匀。
  2. 倒入铺了纸的竹篮,放入蒸笼里,用大火蒸30分钟。
