传统鸡蛋糕 (Traditional Steamed Egg Cake)
材料:
1碗 鸡蛋
1碗 幼糖(我用80%)
1碗 普通面粉(筛过)
做法:
鸡蛋和糖打至发至乳白色,加入普通面粉,用塑胶刮刀拌均匀。
倒入铺了纸的竹篮,放入蒸笼里,用大火蒸30分钟。
