迎春花 (Baked Stuffed Mushrooms)


Ingredients:
  • 10 Fresh Mushrooms
  • Onion, Bell pepper, Bacon, Sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Parsley flakes
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method:
  1. Wash the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.
  2. Chop the stems finely.
  3. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped bacon, onion and mushroom stems. Cook, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add the finely chopped bell pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley flakes, salt & pepper. Cook, stirring, until well blended and hot.
  5. Arrange the mushroom caps in the prepared baking dish. Fill the caps and top each with a little Parmesan cheese.
  6. Preheat oven to 180C. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are browned.
