南瓜汤 (Roasted Pumpkin Soup)

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 Pumpkin (remove skin/seed, sliced)
  • 1 Potato
  • 1 Onion (sliced)
  • 1cup Milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Roast pumpkin at pre-heated oven 180C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Cook onion and potato in boiling water until softened.
  3. Finely blend roasted pumpkin, potato and onion with milk.
  4. Cook in small pot, add salt and pepper to taste.
