- 0.5 Pumpkin (remove skin/seed, sliced)
- 1 Potato
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
- Roast pumpkin at pre-heated oven 180C for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Cook onion and potato in boiling water until softened.
- Finely blend roasted pumpkin, potato and onion with milk.
- Cook in small pot, add salt and pepper to taste.
