清蒸鸡胸火腿紫菜卷 (Steamed Chicken with Ham & Seaweed)
材料:
1片 紫菜(切成4片)
2片 鸡胸肉
4片 火腿
少许 盐
少许 玉米粉
做法:
将鸡胸肉去皮去脂,切薄片,再涂少许盐和玉米粉。
一片的鸡胸肉,铺上一片火腿和紫菜,卷上。
重复的卷完四片鸡胸肉,蒸25分钟即可。(照鸡肉的厚度,时间要自己调整)
