材料:
- 一只 鸡
- 适量盐、黑胡椒
- 2汤匙 Nando's酱
- 把鸡洗干净,切半,放一小撮盐和黑胡椒抹匀,腌制1小时。
- 腌制后,刷上Nando's酱,再送入预热烤箱180度烤40-60分钟(要看鸡的大小,来调时间)。
- 将温度转到250度,上火烤15-20分钟,直至鸡皮金黄松脆即可。
配料:
西兰花、灯笼椒、玉蜀黍(将所有蔬菜洗净、切好。热锅,放一汤匙油,把所有的蔬菜炒好,加入一汤匙Nando's酱,适量盐、黑胡椒调味即可)

Method:
- Marinate the chicken for 1 hour.
- Roast the chicken in the preheated oven 180C for 40-60 minutes. Increase the temperature to 250C and roast the chicken for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
