咸蛋莲蓉包(Chinese Steamed Bun with Lotus Paste & Salted Egg Yolk Filling)

这周末跟老公回家乡,去探望大姨和大姑。上次寄我小叔带了几个莲蓉包给我家婆吃后,她就一直很想吃我做的莲蓉包。趁着周末,我就再做多一次的莲蓉包,来孝敬她老人家。今天试用Jane的食谱。我做双倍的份量,共30个包子。
