香蒜辣椒意大利面 (Spaghetti Aglio Olio)

Ingredient (A):
  • 100g Spaghetti
  • 1tsp Salt
  • Olive Oil
Method (A):
  1. Bring the water to a boil, add salt and olive oil. 
  2. Put the spaghetti into the boiling water. 
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes (check the pasta package for the recommended cooking time)
  4. Drain the spaghetti
Ingredient (B):
  • 3tsp Chili Flakes
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 2tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2tbsp Garlic
  • Prawn
  • Ham
Method (B):
  1. Heat the pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until it just begins to turn golden on the edges. 
  2. Add the ham and prawn and cook for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add chili flakes and 1 teaspoon of salt, cook for 30 seconds more. 
  4. Add the drained pasta and toss well.
