- 100g Spaghetti
- 1tsp Salt
- Olive Oil
- Bring the water to a boil, add salt and olive oil.
- Put the spaghetti into the boiling water.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes (check the pasta package for the recommended cooking time)
- Drain the spaghetti
- 3tsp Chili Flakes
- 1tsp Salt
- 2tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2tbsp Garlic
- Prawn
- Ham
Method (B):
- Heat the pan, add 2 tbsp olive oil, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until it just begins to turn golden on the edges.
- Add the ham and prawn and cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add chili flakes and 1 teaspoon of salt, cook for 30 seconds more.
- Add the drained pasta and toss well.
