吞拿魚鸡蛋墨西哥卷 (Tuna and Egg Tortillas Wrap)

老公知道我怕热,他决定了upgrade主人房的冷气,让我可以有好的睡眠。也顺便在运动厅和饭厅装上冷气,因为我的家真的很热很热,像火炉一样,没办法才决定装冷气。一次要装几架冷气,真的要花一整天的时间,所以一定要有人在家。公司最大好处,就是偶尔可以申请在家工作... 我就利用了这个福利,今天在家工作。平日都吃冷冷的麦片和优格当早餐,在家的感觉真好,连早餐都可以吃热的,有很好吃的墨西哥卷

Ingredients:
  • 2 Eggs
  • Bell Peppers, chopped
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2pcs Borden Hickory Smoked Swiss Cheese
  • 1can Tuna Spread 
  • 1tbsp Olive Oil
  • Mission Tortilla Wraps (Wholemeal)
Method:
  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat well with a fork..
  2. Heat the non-stick frying pan for a minute, then add the olive oil. 
  3. Add the chopped bell peppers and black pepper, cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture and let stand until the eggs begin to set. Use a wooden spatula, to gently stir the egg mixture as it begins to form curds. 
  5. Continue to stir until there is no liquid egg mixture left, then remove from the heat. Add cheese when the eggs are still hot.
  6. Put the eggs and tuna into a bowl. Mix well. 
  7. Add fillings in the center of a tortilla wrap, roll up tightly.
