奥利奥芝士蛋糕 (Oreo Cheesecake)

乐高主题公园今年在柔佛开张了。今年老公的生日,就去乐高主题庆祝吧!老天爷一定是知道我们要到乐高主题去,不但没下雨,天气还特别好,感恩感恩!正日没在家,生日蛋糕最后才补上。他喜欢芝士蛋糕,就来个简单的免烤奥利奥芝士蛋糕。这蛋糕冷藏2天更好吃!
Ingredients:
  • 500g Cream Cheese
  • 60g Castor Sugar
  • 240g Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Oreo Biscuit (original or crushed) to decorate

Methods:
  1. Crush the Oreo biscuit into fine crumbs. Press gently over the base of round cake tin. Place in the freezer to set while making the cream cheese mixture.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in sugar, mix until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peak.
  4. Mix the whipped cream with cream cheese. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base.
  5. Place in refrigerator and chill overnight.
