乐高主题公园今年在柔佛开张了。今年老公的生日,就去乐高主题庆祝吧!老天爷一定是知道我们要到乐高主题去,不但没下雨,天气还特别好,感恩感恩!正日没在家,生日蛋糕最后才补上。他喜欢芝士蛋糕,就来个简单的免烤奥利奥芝士蛋糕。这蛋糕冷藏2天更好吃!
Ingredients:- 500g Cream Cheese
- 60g Castor Sugar
- 240g Heavy Whipping Cream
- Oreo Biscuit (original or crushed) to decorate
Methods:
- Crush the Oreo biscuit into fine crumbs. Press gently over the base of round cake tin. Place in the freezer to set while making the cream cheese mixture.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in sugar, mix until smooth.
- In another bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peak.
- Mix the whipped cream with cream cheese. Spoon the mixture over the biscuit base.
- Place in refrigerator and chill overnight.
