蘑菇汤 (Mushroom Soup)
材料:
1粒 洋葱(切小丁)
1汤匙 牛油
少许 香菜片
少许 盐
少许 胡椒粉
250克 白蘑菇(切粒)
做法:
用牛油将洋葱碎炒香,加入已切粒的蘑菇炒香至金黃色及收乾水。
再倒入牛奶,最后加入香菜片,盐和胡椒粉调味即可。
