栗子焖排骨(Braised pork ribs with chestnut)
材料:
排骨
栗子
酱油
姜(切片)
南乳
水
蒜米
做法:
热锅加少许油,爆香姜蒜。
排骨炒到5分熟,加入栗子继续炒香,加酱油和南乳调味。
最后加适量水,焖至排骨和栗子熟透,酥软,即可上碟。
