切达奶酪饼 (Red Lobster's Cheddar Cheese Biscuits)

 Ingredients:

  • 250g Bisquick Mix
  • 165ml Milk
  • 60g Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 60g Melted Butter
  • 1tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1tsp Dried Parsley
Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 230C
  2. Put Bisquick mix, milk and cheddar cheese into a large mixing bowl until soft dough forms
  3. Drop spoonful dough onto baking sheet
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
  5. Melt butter and mix with garlic powder and dried parsley
  6. Brush generously over the warm biscuits and serve whilst it is hot
