Ingredients A (Noodles):
- Vermicelli Noodles
- Soak in water for 5 minutes
- Bring water to boil, add the vermicelli noodles and cook for 2 to 4 minutes
- Drain and put into serving bowl
- 1 piece Fish Fillet (slice)
- Dash of salt and pepper (for seasoning)
- Flour and Corn Flour (mixed it for coating)
- Take the piece of fish and season it with salt and pepper
- Coat the fillet in flour then deep fry until golden brown.
- 2-3 Tomatoes (slice)
- some Young Ginger (slice thin)
- some Salted Cabbage (shredded)
- some Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic (finely chopped)
- pinch of Salt
- Chinese cooking wine
- 100ml evaporated milk
- Heat wok with 1 tablespoon cooking oil and fry the chopped garlic until fragrant
- Add shredded salted cabbage, sliced tomatoes, sliced ginger, stir lightly then add water and bring to boil
- Add seasoning (salt, sesame oil), cook further for 5 minutes
- Pour in evaporated milk and some Chinese cooking wine before serve
