煎饼 (Eggless Pancake)

Early in the morning, my mind is just blank. I have no idea what to cook for breakfast. I was searching the internet and found this recipe. This is a quick and easy recipe, and the pancakes always turn out perfectly! I love these pancakes.


Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk
Method:
  1. Put flour, baking powder and cinnamon together in a bowl
  2. Add the milk gradually until batter is smooth
  3. Heat up non-stick pan
  4. Cook on medium-high heat until both sides are golden brown.
