Ingredient (A):
- 2 cloves Garlic (Chopped)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 8 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1 Chicken Breast (Minced)
- 4 Mushroom
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
- Pour the olive oil into a saucepan, fry the onion and garlic until soft.
- Add the mince chicken and fry until it is brown and crumbly.
- Season with oregano, salt and pepper.
- Now add the tomato puree, cook for another 20-45 minutes.
- 400g Spaghetti
- Salt
- Olive Oil
- Bring the water to a boil, add salt and olive oil.
- Put the spaghetti into the boiling water.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes (check the pasta package for the recommended cooking time)
- Drain the spaghetti, put it in a serving plate, add Bolognese sauce and enjoy!
