有机全麦面包 (Organic Wholemeal Bread)

老公开始了他的减肥大计,大概是要用到8个礼拜的时间。基本上减肥都是饮食方面的控制加运动,吃方面我就要帮他啦!就好像宝宝一样,每3小时吃一餐,而且只可以加两滴油和很少量的盐,或者是完全不可以加油和盐。看他减了一个星期,效果都蛮好的!不过第一个星期吃的食物真的很可怜,恐怕我自己饿了几天都啃不下,我欣赏他的坚持。这星期已经是第二个星期了,食物选择也比较多,这有机全麦面包就特地为他而做的。隔天煎个鸡蛋,再加点青菜和番茄,就为他送上了一碟热腾腾的早餐

Ingredients:
  • 275g Water
  • 225g Orgran Gluten Free Wholemeal Bread Mix
  • 30g Olive Oil
Method:
  1. Put all the ingredients into the mixing bowl and mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  2. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and spoon the mixture in.
  3. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven 210°C for 35 minutes.
  5. Carefully remove the loaf from its tin.
  6. Cool the loaf on a wire rack.
  7. Let it cool completely before cutting.
