生菜番茄鸡肉饼 (Homemade Chicken Patties with Iceberg Lettuce)
材料:
120g 冰冻生菜 (Iceberg Lettuce)
30g 樱桃番茄(Cherry Tomato)
170g 鸡胸肉 (Chicken Breast)
1/4tsp 粗海盐 (Unrefined Sea Salt)
做法:
将生菜洗净后撕成小片,加入切成小块的番茄,放入便当盒。
把鸡胸肉和盐放入搅拌器中,搅碎,搓成圆饼,放冰箱约20分钟或过夜。
烧热平底锅,加入少许的橄榄油,用慢火煎熟。
翻面,继续煎成金黄色即可。
