- 150g Butter
- 150g Fine Sugar (I used 55g only)
- 175g Self Raising Flour
- 3 Eggs
- 50g Chocolate Chip
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Crack the eggs into bowl, beat lightly with fork.
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, beat with hand mixer until light and creamy.
- Add in chocolate chip and mix well.
- Bake at 180C for 18-20 minutes.
