Base Ingredients:
- 40g Butter, melted
- 90g Digestive biscuits (crushed)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 180 °c
- Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter, put into baking mold (press it evenly to make the cake base) and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
- Leave it cool at room temperature
Cheese Filling:
- 125g Cream Cheese
- 25g Fine Sugar
- 95g Dark Chocolate
- 150g Whipping Cream
Method:
- Melt the chocolate in double-boil method.
- Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture and beat to combine.
- Whip the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold in whipped cream into the chocolate cheese mixture at 1/3 each time until the mixture is fully combined.
- Pour the batter into molds and smooth the top.
- Fridge it for 2-3 hours at least.
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder before serve.
