肉丸粥 (Meatball Porridge)

材料:
  • 白米
  • 干瑶柱
  • 蒜米(炸至金黄色)
  • 新鲜猪肉(剁碎)
腌料:
  • 胡椒粉
  • 玉米粉
  • 麻油
  • 酱油
做法:
  1. 将白米洗干净,干瑶柱,放入锅里,加水,煲成粥。
  2. 把猪肉碎与腌料拌匀,捏成粒状做成肉丸。
  3. 粥煲好后,加入肉丸再煮5分钟或至肉丸转熟。
  4. 加入盐,胡椒粉和麻油调味,再配上炸好的蒜米油,就有香喷喷的肉丸粥吃了。

美式煎蛋饼 (Omelette)


Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch salt and ground pepper
  • Onion, Bell Pepper, Ham, Button Mushrooms (Finely chopped)
  • Cheddar cheese

Methods:

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat well with a fork.
  2. Heat nonstick pan over medium-high heat. 
  3. Once the pan is hot, add the butter/cooking oil, stir fry the finely chopped onion, bell pepper, ham and button mushrooms.
  4. Add your eggs and move the pan around to spread them out evenly.
  5. When the omelette begins to cook and firm up, but still has a little raw egg on top, sprinkle over the Cheddar.
  6. Ease around the edge of the omelette with a spatula, then fold it in half. Serve it hot and enjoy!

猪脚醋 (Pig Trotters with Ginger and Black Vinegar)


材料:
  • 1个 猪手(切块)
  • 老姜,嫩姜(切片)
  • 1支 永春老醋(酸醋)
  • 1支 甜醋
  • 适量 红糖
  • 1个 椰糖
  • 少许 生抽
  • 鸡蛋
做法:
  1. 先把猪脚洗好。将猪脚放入沸水中沸水去血腥,捞起沥干。
  2. 在热锅里加少许油,把姜片炒香。
  3. 再加入猪脚,炒至干水和有香味,加入鸡蛋。
  4. 倒入甜醋直到刚好淹盖猪脚,盖上锅盖,以中火焖20到30分钟。
  5. 加入椰糖,酸醋,生抽,还有红糖调味。
  6. 继续焖到汤汁浓缩(20到30分钟),即可。

三文治 (Special Sandwich)

Ingredients:
  • 1 Portobello Mushroom
  • 2 slices Ham
  • 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 Large Egg
Methods:
  1. Use a cookie-cutter or a knife to cut a hole in the center of a slice of bread.
  2. Preheat pan. Place the bread into the pan, break an egg into the hole, fry it about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Place the cut-out piece on the egg, press it lightly. Turn over the bread. Fry the other side for a minute or two.
  4. For each sandwich, place 1 slice ham, Portobello Mushroom and top with 1 slice cheddar cheese.
