香辣蒜意大利雲吞 (Ravioli Aglio Olio)

Ingredients:
  • 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • Fresh Chives, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Pumpkin Sage Ravioli
Method:
  1. Cook the ravioli in boiling water for 3-5min.
  2. Combine the garlic, olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes in a large skillet, cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the garlic sizzles.
  3. Add the ravioli to the garlic mixture. Mix well. 
  4. Add the chives and some black pepper.
  5. Transfer to serving plate
