Ingredients:
- Ground Pork
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Ground Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Parsley Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 3 burger buns, split
- Unsalted butter, softened, for spreading
For topping:
- Tomatoes (sliced)
- Cheddar Cheese
- Grilled Portobello Mushroom
Methods:
- Combine the ground pork, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, Garlic Powder and the parsley flakes in a large bowl, gently mix with your hands.
- Cover it with plastic wrap, keep meat marinades for 1-2 hours (in fridge)
- Form the meat into 3 balls, then lightly press into 4-inch-wide, 1-inch-thick patties.
- Preheat a grill pan. Grill the patties for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Turn and grill the other for 5 to 6 more minutes. Meanwhile, spread the cut sides of the buns with butter and toast on the grill.
- Serve the patties on the buns; top with a slice of cheddar cheese, portobello mushroom and sliced tomatoes. Enjoy!
