荞麦面包 (Buckwheat Bread)

Ingredients:

  • Warm Water
  • 500g Buckwheat Flour
  • 0.5tsp Salt
  • 8g Yeast
  • Sunflower Seeds

Methods:
  1. Preheat oven to 200C
  2. Mix the yeast with some warm water.
  3. Stir and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour and salt).
  5. Mix (3) & (4) together, slowly add in the water until the mixture forms a soft dough.
  6. Add some sunflower seeds. Shape the dough and put into a well-oiled loaf pan.
  7. Bake 45 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and cover the pan with a tea towel for 10 minutes while the loaf cools.
  9. Remove from pan, slice, and enjoy.
