- Warm Water
- 500g Buckwheat Flour
- 0.5tsp Salt
- 8g Yeast
- Sunflower Seeds
Methods:
- Preheat oven to 200C
- Mix the yeast with some warm water.
- Stir and let sit for 3-5 minutes.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl (flour and salt).
- Mix (3) & (4) together, slowly add in the water until the mixture forms a soft dough.
- Add some sunflower seeds. Shape the dough and put into a well-oiled loaf pan.
- Bake 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cover the pan with a tea towel for 10 minutes while the loaf cools.
- Remove from pan, slice, and enjoy.
