黄姜炸鸡腿+鸳鸯芥兰饭 (Tumeric Fried Chicken with Ying Yong Kailan Rice)
材料:
1只 鸡腿
甘榜黄姜粉
适量 盐
配料:
鸳鸯芥兰
、
叁巴
做法:
鸡肉洗净后,用吸油纸吸干水分,放入碗中,加盐和黄姜粉腌制一小时或过夜。
放进油锅中炸至金黄色即可。
