Blackened Chicken Ingredients:
- 1 Chicken Breast (skinless & boneless)
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
- 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Ginger Powder
- Mix together the paprika, salt, cumin, thyme, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Coat both sides of chicken breasts evenly with the spice mixture.
- Heat a heavy duty skillet until very hot.
- Add butter to the pan, cook the chicken over high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- 1 cup White Rice
- 2 cups Water
- 1.5 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 pinch Sea Salt
- Stir together rice, water, parsley, turmeric, salt, and butter.
- Steam over high heat for 25-30 minutes.
- 110g Fresh Broccoli
- 50g Carrot
- Salt
- Ground Black Pepper
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook broccoli, carrot until tender but still slightly firm, 5 to 6 minutes.
- Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
