美式煎蛋饼 (Omelette)
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- Pinch salt and ground pepper
- Onion, Bell Pepper, Ham, Button Mushrooms (Finely chopped)
- Cheddar cheese
Methods:
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat well with a fork.
- Heat nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
- Once the pan is hot, add the butter/cooking oil, stir fry the finely chopped onion, bell pepper, ham and button mushrooms.
- Add your eggs and move the pan around to spread them out evenly.
- When the omelette begins to cook and firm up, but still has a little raw egg on top, sprinkle over the Cheddar.
- Ease around the edge of the omelette with a spatula, then fold it in half. Serve it hot and enjoy!

三文治 (Special Sandwich)
- 1 Portobello Mushroom
- 2 slices Ham
- 1 slice Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices bread
- 1 Large Egg
- Use a cookie-cutter or a knife to cut a hole in the center of a slice of bread.
- Preheat pan. Place the bread into the pan, break an egg into the hole, fry it about 1-2 minutes.
- Place the cut-out piece on the egg, press it lightly. Turn over the bread. Fry the other side for a minute or two.
- For each sandwich, place 1 slice ham, Portobello Mushroom and top with 1 slice cheddar cheese.

沙拉 (Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing)
Ingredients:
- 1 Romaine Lettuce
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Carrot (Shredded)
- Parmesan Cheese
- Place the romaine lettuce on a large plate.
- Top with shredded carrot, hard boiled eggs and tomatoes.
- Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top. Serve with honey mustard dressing.
Sance Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons Prepared Mustard
- 5 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and lemon juice until well blended.
迎春花 (Baked Stuffed Mushrooms)
Ingredients:
- 10 Fresh Mushrooms
- Onion, Bell pepper, Bacon, Sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Parsley flakes
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Wash the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.
- Chop the stems finely.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the finely chopped bacon, onion and mushroom stems. Cook, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes.
- Add the finely chopped bell pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley flakes, salt & pepper. Cook, stirring, until well blended and hot.
- Arrange the mushroom caps in the prepared baking dish. Fill the caps and top each with a little Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat oven to 180C. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are browned.
炸苏东 (Fried Calamari)
Ingredients:
- Oil (for deep-frying)
- 5-6 Clean Squid (cut into 0.5inch thick rings)
- 1 McCormick Season'n Fry Crispy Chicken Coating Mix
- 1 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 lemons, cut into wedges
For marinates:
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg, beaten
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Methods:
- Marinate the squid with parsley, oregano, egg, salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Pour enough oil into a deep frying pan, heat the oil to 180C.
- Mix the flour, parsley, oregano and ground black pepper in a large bowl.
- Toss the squid into the flour mixture to coat. Carefully add the squid to the oil and fry until crisp and very pale golden.
- Place the fried calamari and lemon wedges on a clean plate. Serve with the special chili sauce and seafood tartar sauce.
Simple Chili Sauce:
- 2 Red Chillies
- 3-4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon Fine Salt
- 1 tablespoon Thai Chili Sauce
Methods:
- Add the chillies, garlic and salt into the food processor. Blend it smooth.
- Add a teaspoon of lemon juice and a tablespoon Thai Chili Sauce, mix well.
